biopesticide company. Our vision is to

responsibility, innovation, food safety
and quality. We have important
foundation science developed by world
leading scientists. This combination
has launched InsectiGen™ into an
extremely competitive position.
The world’s population
is currently at 6.5 B people and is
expected to reach 9.5 B by the year
2050. About 3% of the global land mass
is available for food production. With
a growing population and scarce land and
water resources, we must find new ways
to sustain an adequate food supply for
the future. The adoption of
biotechnology by food producers will be
an important too to boost agriculture
productivity. This will need to be done
in a responsible manner to ensure the
consumer that the food is safe to eat.
Our mission is to be a
market leader in innovative
biopesticides for the agrochemical
market and crop protection traits
market. We will achieve this by the
near-term commercialization of two key
products over the next six years which
will generate annual sales of $105 M.
Up to $20 M of this revenue is from
license royalties which provides a
steady income stream. Based upon
current trading multiples in the
industry, we believe the InsectiGen™
market capitalization will exceed $200
M.
