product and services company incorporated in 2003 to
leverage our patented technology to discover,
engineer, produce and market innovative
biopesticides to the $30 billion agrochemical market
and crop protection traits to the $28 billion crop
seed market.
Our

driven by the compelling economic and environmental
benefits that genetically modified (GM) crops and

The Biopesticide Solutions
line of business is our core area and we will
offer Bt toxins and performance enhancement
proteins for use by the row and high value crop
industries, the forest pest control market and
public health agencies. The total available
market for this class of biopesticides is $160
million with annual growth rates ranging from 6%
in mature markets to 15% in emerging markets.
Ultimately, we will develop a biopesticide
portfolio that effectively competes against the
chemical pesticides. Our strategy for this line
of business is to formulate and produce products
for sale in the near-term. Additionally, we
will seek out other partnerships in order to
utilize other Bt toxins with our performance
enhancement technology. |

The Crop Protection Traits
line of business will deliver Bt performance
improvement technologies to the GM crop
protection trait markets. The total available
market for this line of business is $3 billion
and is growing at approximately 11% annually.
Our strategy for this line of business is to
create a royalty stream by partnering with key
seed distributors. |
Our Products
The company is developing and
commercializing a portfolio
of products that offer superior alternatives to
chemical and natural pesticides. Our products
enhance the performance of the leading bio-control
strategies and products. The use of our products
improves crop yields, reduces deforestation, saves
lives and generates billions of dollars in economic
benefit and business opportunity. InsectiGen™ is
leveraging its expertise and portfolio of patented
technology to capture this market opportunity. Our
first product, BtBooster™, represents a
break-through discovery that will enable a leap to
the next generation of biopesticides, dramatically
enhancing their efficacy and range. We believe that
this invention will increase worldwide crop yields
and farm level productivity that GM crop adoption
rates will accelerate. Consequently, a substantial
financial benefit will accrue to the company. Our
second product, NovaBt™, is a hybrid molecule
combining BtBooster™ and recombinant toxin(s). This
product represents the first significant improvement
in Bt biopesticides in almost a decade.
